Disaster averted
A customer of ours supplied us with a list of some 200 addresses to ship promotional items for the Christmas period. We noticed that on the address spread sheet supplied the postcodes didn't match with addresses. We checked and found a simple error meant the post codes were all shunted down a row. Obviously we informed the customer of their mistake and corrected it!

Stock saved
We noticed that the sell-by date on a large consignment of food product was approaching. We informed the customer who had forgotten. The food was then sent out to clients quickly!

Money saved
A customer needed various items shipped for a trade show over seas. They informed us 10 days before the show. We checked with the show organisers and found that all items needed to be there at least 5 days before the show started other-wise large administration fees would be levied. We got the items out that day on express delivery saving the customer a small fortune.
